Job opening: Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist reports to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for all duties that pertain to customer support, service and order entry.

Daily Functions:

-  Day-to-day customer interaction via telephone and email to include:

  • Determine order requirements
  • Regular entries into our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
  • Quoting
  • Order entry and modification

- Daily exchanges with the Sales Team and Technical Support alike for complete customer support

- Cooperation/Collaboration with critical departments to regularly insure customer satisfaction

- Responsible for entering Customer Returns and Complaints as well as responding to corrective and preventative actions per the CAPA system

- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

- Attend all company training sessions/classes
