SolidWorks Certified Professional Engineers
Nye Lubricants, Inc. now has two SolidWorks Certified Professionals on its Technical Development team. Dassault Systems SolidWorks offers complete 3D CAD software and simulation tools which allow our engineers to create, simulate, publish, and manage innovative solutions to real world design problems where lubricants play an integral part. The SolidWorks software and our design engineers work together to provide better, faster, and more cost-effective solutions to specific customer needs.
Having SolidWorks Certified Professional Engineers allows Nye the capability to custom design test rigs and devices to specific applications. Nye engineers are now able to take customer-provided 3D renderings, drawings, or actual physical parts, and design one off test fixtures to simulate real world applications and environments, ensuring that when a product makes it to the field, equipped with a Nye lubricant, it operates as intended. With the SolidWorks software, Nye engineers are able to affix sensors, motors, actuators, and other necessary components to ensure a customer’s part behaves as closely as possible to real world applications during testing. Nye is excited about the opportunity to further our ability to offer custom solutions to specific customer needs.
