The International Regional Engineering Manager will be responsible for working in conjunction with assigned Channel Partners in Asian Pacific Rim countries to develop business opportunities for Nye Lubricants that optimize Nye’s unique value for the customers’ application(s). 

Fostering in the Channel Partners a consultative selling approach that leads to delivery of highly technical solutions that meets or exceeds customers’ needs. Responsible for implementing a prioritized business development strategy with defined market, technology, and operational objectives to maximize company growth, profitability, and new product development.  Provide customer-focused technical professional sales expertise to manage business development and sales support efforts both directly and through assigned Channel Partner(s) in assigned territories and across Nye’s entire product offerings. The position will involve direct customer contact to include presentations, technical interaction, quote generation, and opportunity project management and closure. Business relationship management between Nye, designated Channel Partner(s) and direct customers; maintaining balance between customer interactions and relationship building with internal team, in collaboration with business development, engineering, and manufacturing departments.
